Hi,

I have an issues with printing some label. Look like 3D Reshaper reorganise the label before printing but not as I would like...
The label become unreadable.
I never had this problem before but since yesterday I have this problem and I can't find any option to solve this problem.

This problem should have been solved in the latest release. Can you please try to update your version and do the test again?

Thanks !

I installed the last one "Application9,1,9,16361 - (64 bits) - Build on 2014 December, 10" but I still have the same problem.

Also I tried to do it in Reshaper Viewer and I have the same problem.

It's difficult for me to understand how this problem occurs (impossible to reproduce here...).
Is this happening only when creating reports?
Or is this also happening when displaying the labels in the 3D scene?
Which options are you using in the print setup as for the 3D view text height: Same as on screen or Smaller text height ?

So I did few test:
Version:
I try to print with the version "9,0,4,14740 - (64 bits) - Build on 2014 July, 18" and there isn't any issues, but with version 9,1,6 (and later) I have a problem.

Text size:
I print with "same as on screen" and did the test with "Smaller text height" but only the text size change and still have the issue.

3D Scene:
In the graphic zone everything is fine.
If I print through "Measure->Label Tools->Print / Export" (create a Report with ViewSet) everything if fine too.
But if I print through "File->Print" I have an issue.

Printer:
I try to change printer and paper size but nothing change and still have same issue.
When I do previous I also have the issue.

Template:
If I print without any template all the label appear to be good, but if I use the default or a customised template it's as show on the image published.

Also I did the test with Reshaper viewer: 9,1,7,16134 and it's doing the same.
Is there any other test I can try?

Hello, guigus60,
ok, the good news is that I now manage to reproduce the error here!!!
That's a good step towards fixing the issue!
I'll keep you posted
