Reshaper viewer (available here) requires an activation. By default this activation is automatic, but for some reasons (no internet connection, security rules, ...) it may fails so you have to do it manually.

Here is the procedure to follow:

• Try the automatic activation
  Fill the three required fields and click the button "OK I want to activate Reshaper Viewer Automatically
  
  
• The connection fails
  You will have this message if the connection to the server activation is not successfull. Click Yes to continue.
  
  
• Start the manual activation
  Save the registration file as a txt file on your computer.
  
  
• Send the file to Technodigit
  Send an email with the saved txt file to registration@technodigit.com or contact@technodigit.com
  
  
• Enter the code sent by Technodigit
  Launch again Reshaper Viewer. This time copy/paste the code Technodigit sent you in the field "Activation code" and click the button "Manuel Activation".
  
  
• Reshaper Viewer is now activated
  The activation is now successfull. You can use Reshaper Viewer for 6 months.
