Optimization for Finite Element Analysis
In order to break down a surface or a curve into finite elements (segments or triangles), it is necessary for all finite element to have almost the same shape, the ideal shape.
The ideal form factor is defined by the ratio between the internal and the external circle of the triangle (cf.: picture opposite).
Tthanks to 3DReshaper®, it is possible to control angles to limit the creation of triangles that are irrevelevant for boundary value calculation.
