Measuring Noise Reduction
Dear User,
Whatever your applications and the type of digitization you make, you often face with two kinds of problems that degrade the quality of your 3D modeling:
- Noise from the measurement errors which creates points outside of theoretical surface,
- Aberrant points coming from the digitization conditions, which can generate points far of the scanned object.
In 3DReshaper, you have several techniques to efficiently process with noisy and aberrant points. Indeed, one of the software strengths is to give you the flexibility to quickly make a more or less rough modeling and in a second step a refined mesh.
According to your needs when refining a mesh, you have the ability to remove the aberrant point, to bring more details or/and to reduce measuring noise.
The whole Technodigit team remains at your disposal
Kind Regards,
Nicolas Landrivon
